1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Orbit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the product.

2. Use of the Service Orbit is a project management platform intended for use by engineering teams and organisations. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Accounts You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@orbitapp.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Subscription and Billing Orbit offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

5. Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality of Orbit — including but not limited to the interface, design, code, and branding — are the exclusive property of Orbit Technologies, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. User Content You retain ownership of all content you create or upload within Orbit. By using the service you grant Orbit a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

7. Data and Privacy Your use of Orbit is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR.

8. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Orbit at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbit Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the product. Continued use of Orbit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
